Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OffTapWatch collects, uses and protects personal information submitted through this website and during venue walkthroughs, onboarding and service delivery.

Effective date: 24 May 2026

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors to the OffTapWatch website, people who submit enquiry or booking forms, venue owners/operators, authorised staff users and other business contacts who interact with OffTapWatch.

2. Information we collect

We may collect contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, venue name, state, venue type, camera count, preferred call time and CCTV/NVR information.

If a venue proceeds beyond an initial walkthrough, we may collect business, operational and technical information needed to assess camera suitability, configure risk zones, onboard users, provide alerts and support the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess whether a venue is suitable for OffTapWatch, book walkthrough calls, prepare proposals, configure onboarding, provide support, improve the service and meet legal or compliance obligations.

4. Website, CRM and analytics tools

This website may use hosting, analytics, CRM, form capture, calendar booking and communication tools to operate the site and manage enquiries. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy controls.

5. Video, clips and venue data

OffTapWatch is designed as an AI safety monitoring layer for licensed venues. OffTapWatch detects risk cues — it does not identify individuals. There is no identity matching, no database of individuals, and no facial recognition.

Where the service is implemented, AI analysis is intended to run at the edge where practical. Alert clips are limited to what is needed for human review, audit trail, support and agreed service purposes.

Specific retention, access and configuration settings should be confirmed in the venue agreement and onboarding documentation.

6. Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, authorised venue representatives, regulators or law enforcement where required by law, or where necessary to provide and protect the service.

7. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8. Access and corrections

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact OffTapWatch at admin@offtapwatch.com.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this website is the current version.
